GOSEHR includes a blueprint for engagement of local Community Companies, Healthcare Providers and Government Agencies for the deployment of the open source cityEHR in participating countries.

Seven Informatics releases cityEHR with the support of its development partners who also assist with third line support and maintenance. Each implementation at a Healthcare Provider is facilitated by the NGO and involves various organizations within the local community. The general blueprint for implementation is currently being trialed in several countries and involves collaboration between Seven Informatics, the local University, Healthcare Provider and a local Delivery Team, led by a Community Company (Systems Integrator) and including members from the Healthcare Provider and volunteers from the NGO.
